How long does shipping take?
Same or next day delivery, trust us as soon as we get your order, our staff will be preparing your order as fast as they can, we’ll keep you updated so you’re aware of the progress.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery on all our products, as soon as you sign up you’re eligible to be in our Afro Pets reward program which entitles you to free delivery, we have a minimum spend though which is AED 25.
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order is shipped from the nearest Afro Pets store in your area, assume you’re living in Jumeirah, then your items will be shipped from our Jumeirah branch to ensure quick & convenient delivery.
Which courier is my order shipped with?
Afro Courier! We don’t like depending on other delivery platforms, we want to make sure you receive the same Afro experience at home.
How can I track my order?
As soon as you place an order whether it’s for delivery or grooming service you’ll get an SMS & email to stay updated on your order, and don’t worry we value your privacy and won’t spam you with updates and useless phone calls, however if you or your doggo really can’t wait then just drop us a message on WhatsApp with your shipping code, we’ll reply immediately.

How does the point system work?
It’s quite simple for every 1 AED spent on our website you’re going to get 1 Afro Points so for example if you buy a dog food for AED 295 you get 295 worth of Afro points.
How do level up and reach a higher reward rank?
You need to reach specific points on each level in order to rank up, you can visit our loyalty reward page for more info.
How do I redeem my vouchers?
You can redeem your vouchers by going to your account, and accessing your reward point page, you’ll see your point progress from there, if you unlocked a voucher then click “Redeem Voucher” the amount should be automatically credited to your account.
