General Information

All Products sold through the www.afropets.ae website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

By creating an account with Afro Pets, you confirm that you read, understood and has agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

All information that will be put in your account such as full name, Age, Gender, Delivery Address, Email address and Contact number will not be posted publicly.

Afro Pets has the full rights to change the content of our Website without notice.

Return Policy

Kindly contact hello@afropets.com or call us at 04-2886504 for any products that you wish to return.

If you have purchased an incorrect product or a damaged one, you can return or replace the product by contacting us on the number above. All products are subject to a 7 day return policy and must have a valid proof of purchase.

Damaged products will be investigated first and will be inspected by our staffs to validate that the product is eligible for a replacement or refund.

The product must be returned in person at our shop in Mirdif Golden Gate, Dubai and our staffs will assist you with your concern.

All products must be returned in good quality condition and with original packaging. We have the full rights not to make the refund if the product was tampered, used or in bad condition, or does not meet our quality standards.

Delivery

We currently deliver to whole Dubai and Sharjah area. Kindly make sure that your delivery address and contact number in your account are up to date.

We will deliver your order within 24 hours after we confirm everything on our side which includes stocks, delivery address and schedule. If for whatever reason we cannot process your order, we will call you on your mobile number which is indicated on your account.

Our delivery team will call you at the same day of the delivery to confirm the time that is comfortable for you.

All products will be handled with care during the travel and will be kept in a well temperature vehicle.

Cancellation

The Customer may cancel the order up to the point in time that Afro Pets has commenced processing the order and the Customer will not incur any cost in doing so. After which, Afro Pets will impose a cancellation fee for each order cancelled. You can call us or send us an email for any cancellation of your order.

Afro Pets reserves the full rights to cancel your order for any reason.

Delivery Charges.

Any purchase that is below 100 AED is subject to a 20 AED delivery fee. Delivery Fee will be added to the total bill upon checkout.

Payment Method

All payment can be done through Cash (UAE Dirhams) upon delivery of the product/s or through our online payment gateway.

Appointments

You can book an appointment for our grooming services by calling our landline no. or by sending us an email and our team will be happy to assist you. Afro Pets has the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason and you will be notified via call or email.
